We are a large body of parents both intact and "non intact" against Grandparent
Visitation. These grandparents that sue for the rights to visit their grandchildren
are using these statutes to gain control of our families with devastating
results. Our children are suffering from this devastation under the threat
of putting their parents in jail if these visits do not occur. If you are
being sued by grandparent's, please visit our web site above. Every State
Supreme Court challenge occurring today is being overturned. Grandparents
who sue are making no lasting impact on their grandchildren by challenging
their adult children (parents) in court.

From children's hearts and minds to a judge's desk, and now to your
awareness. You will see letters your children could have written. Maybe,
letters you would have written when you were a child, going through your
parent's divorce. Psychologists and mediators agree that children see, hear
and feel more than their parents are aware of. You will see your children in
these letters. The letters are funny, sad, happy, hopeful and amazing.

express their anger and fears and that divorce is not their fault. They
also learn problem solving tools to answer questions such as: "What do I
do if one of my parents is talking bad about the other?" "What can I do
if one of my parents is breaking a court order?" and "How can I feel comfortable
in two homes?" It is a wonderful book to read with a child facing the pain
of their parents' divorce. (800) 9 HELP2U
Alliance
for Non-Custodial Parents Rights
9903 Santa Monica Blvd., Suite 267, Beverly Hills, CA 90212
A nonprofit corporation dedicated to protecting and promoting
the civil and inalienable human rights of non-custodial parents and their
families. Divorce and child custody actions are not fair for the children
or the non-custodial parent. We believe that many aspects of the current
and proposed laws concerning visitation, custody and child support enforcement
violate the constitutional rights of all non-custodial parents. We also
believe that it is in the "best interest of the child" to have equal access
to both parents, and that shared custody arrangements that specify 50/50
joint physical custody should be the presumption in Family Law. We are not
affiliated with any other organization or group. Our membership lists are
kept strictly confidential and are never sold or rented for any reason.

Marriage Encounter
Marriage Encounter, is a weekend away from home, family and responsibilities
where in a comfortable, secluded environment a couple is guided in the discovery
of new techniques of communicating and sharing with one another. It is not
a retreat, but it is a program designed to give couples the opportunity
to examine their lives together, their weaknesses and strong points, their
attitudes toward each other and toward their families. Couples are given
the opportunity to look at themselves, privately with their partner in an
honest, face-to-face, heart-to-heart encounter.
Engaged Encounter, is a weekend experience designed to help couples
prepare personally and as a couple for marriage. The focus is on the marriage,
not on the wedding. "A wedding is a day ... a marriage is a lifetime." Couples
are shown communication and decision-making techniques they can use throughout
their lifetime together. Engaged Encounter is specifically designed for quiet
reflection and discussion by each couple. It is a positive, simple, common-sense
experience between two people who are either seriously considering engagement,
engaged or recently married. At no time will the couple be asked to share
their private experiences with the group.

A safe, permanent home isn't something a child should
only dream about. Almost half a million children in the United States live
in foster care, meant to be a temporary haven. They have been removed from
their homes, not because they did anything wrong, but because they've
been abused or neglected.
One judge had an idea to help these children find a way into safe, permanent
homes more quickly. His idea was CASA...

Walking Away From A Marriage Without Walking Over The Kids
A positive guide for parents to assist in dealing with
issues of custody and visitation of children. The Midwest Book Review said:
“ At last: a guide which advises parents on how to walk away from a marriage
with the least effects on the children. New attitudes about children and
divorce's effects are needed: Oddenino provides these insights, juxtaposing
case history examples of parent interactions and experiences with the legal
system with keys to therapies which help heal the entire family.” The author

CHILDREN KNOW BEST HOW DIVORCE AFFECTS THEM!!!
Without any prompting or coaching the children in this
video speak from their won experience of going through their parents' divorce.
Their experiences represent the bulk of the research findings related
to what children need from their parent in a divorce
The children didn't read the research. They knowing from living it.
If we listen closely to what these children have to say we can prevent
much of the long term harm that too many children feel from being caught
in their parent's divorce.
This video was created for parents who want to learn what children really
think about divorce and what children need from parents during and after
separation. To order call (800) 646-5590 or (936) 327-9007
